How to Be a Top Scorer on 473/473-C/460 Tests & Other Postal Exams to Get a Post Office Jobs
Do you think that the most difficult question
you will have to answer on Postal exams is what to do if you are attacked by
an angry dog? Sorry guys, it's not going to be nearly that simple.
The truth is, Postal exams are
killers if you don't know how to take them. Many college graduates fail the
tests miserably, while people who barely graduated from high school, (but
who know the strategies for making high scores), pass the tests with flying
colors.
No amount of education nor a high
I.Q. is going to cushion you on these exams.
You might ask, why would they make
these tests so hard? Because they want to hire the best people!
Postal jobs are highly sought
after for many reasons. For one thing, they pay well for those who can get
them. It doesn't matter if you have a Ph.D., if you are 18, or if you are 60.
The only sure factor in becoming a postal employee is whether you can pass
test with a score of 95-100%.
IF YOU CAN PASS WITH 95-100% SCORES,
you will be set to become a postal employee. And with the job will come excellent
pay (even beginning postal employees make $25,000 a year), sensational fringe
benefits and a retirement package that will have you set for life.
Postal jobs also ensure a
great deal of security. They are absolutely recession proof. You
will never lose your job due to recession, hurricane, or tornado. These are
the most secure jobs you can find.
Also, as inflation rises,
bringing your living expenses along with it, your pay will also increase.
How many jobs can offer that?
With the SUPERIOR BENEFITS
of becoming a postal worker come swarms of people who want these jobs. That
is why the postal service can make their exams as difficult as they want. There
are so many people taking the tests, they have the option to choose only the
top scorers and still fill every position.
WHY DO YOU
NEED TO SCORE 95-10-% TO GET A HIGH-PAYING JOB?
Although 70% is a passing score,
you want to make 95 to 100% because the Post Office usually hires people
who score in that range. To make a high score, you need to know certain tricks
of the trade.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO SCORE 95-100%?
Its because the Post Office hires workers from the top of the List
of Eligibles: starting from the top of the list (those who got 100%) down
to 99, 98, 97, 96 percent, etc. They are the ones who are hired first. If
youll get scores below 90%, there may be no chance for you to be hired
even in two years time. (Exam eligibility is effective up to two years only.
After that you have to take another exam or exams).
I'm not basing my knowledge on
hearsay. I'm basing it on my own practical experience in taking these exams.
I don't want to brag, but I had been among the top scorers on postal exams.
I worked for the Post Office for several years. (Im now retired.) As a
result of my hands-on experience, I've put all the tricks of the trade, ins
and outs, tips and secrets into one power-packed book called The Book of U.S. Postal Exams & Post Office Jobs:How to Be a Top Scorer on 473/473-C/460 Tests & Other Postal Exams to Get a Post Office Jobs.
If you want to enjoy the spectacular
benefits of being a postal employee, then you have to score between 95-100%.
There are no two ways about it. If you can't make the grade, then someone else
will. That someone else will also have your high paying, ultra- secure job.
THINK ABOUT IT--hundreds, often
thousands of people are all taking the same exams. Whether or not you get the
job hinges on whether you can beat out the competition. And that's a lot
of competition!
Essentially, none of the things
that helped you get a job in the past are going to help you get a postal job:
your stellar interviewing skills, snazzy wardrobe, extensive experience,
Ivy League education and powerful family will hold no bearing on whether
or not you get this job.
Theres no discrimination.
It doesn't matter whether you're a United States citizen or an immigrant, man
or woman, black or white, brown or yellow, you name it. It's your exam score
that counts.
THE ONLY THING
THAT MATTERS, AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE, IS YOUR SCORE.
I think you probably get the point
now; the score is essential. But you are probably wondering HOW this
book is going to help you score 95-100% on the postal exam.
Heres what Anthony Wescoe
of Catasauga, Pennsylvania, wrote me:
June 28, 2000
After trying to take the test on my own with no guidance, and no higher grade
than a 79.0%, after three attempts, I picked up The Book of U.S. Postal Exams & Post Office Jobs:How to score a 95%-100%" as my final attempt. No other book
on the shelf had a title that just jumped right out at me like this book did.
I received my results and I scored a 95.6 for clerk, and a 98.0 for carrier.
I was hired for the position of automation clerk. Ive been with the Postal
service for two years now, and making close to 45k this year. Everyone taking
the postal test should own this book. From cover to cover, The Book U.S.
Postal Exams" provides you with excellent strategies, very easy to read,
bold print, plenty of practice tests, and much humor. I'm writing not to praise
myself at a high mark I accomplished. But to say thank you to the author, youre
a genius.
(Also see some testimonials somewhere
in this website.)
Heres another example, why
my method works:
My son, Melvin, who barely graduated
from high school, after being armed with my techniques and strategies, scored
95-100% on several Postal exams. It was a big surprise of his life! He had
a hard time deciding, which JOB offer to acceptafter he received several
call-in notices for employment. Thanks to The Book of U.S. Postal Exams,
he is now working at the West Bloomfield Post Office in West Bloomfield, Michigan,
earning $40,000 a year (including overtime)
Yes, The Book of U.S. Postal Exams
offers everything you need to know to score high on the exam. After reading
this book and studying the methods, if you don't get between 95-100%, then
you didn't read the book.
Where most exam study guides offer
help for only one exam, this book offers everything you need to pass the
exams, MAKING 95-100% SCORES for over forty different positions available
from the U.S. Postal Service:

Carrier

ANY OF THESE POSITIONS COULD BE
YOURS. All you have to do is pass the test with flying colors. With The
Book of Postal Exams, with easy-to-read and easy-to-understand instructions,
that will be no sweat.
With The Book of U.S. Postal Exams,
you will learn the effective way of marking the circles
on the answer sheet on a limited time test. This may seem
like the least likely skill you would need help with, but this method alone
will raise your score by about 30%. (Remember, I did it!) If you can't
master the "effective way" of marking the circles, especially on the
address-checking and memory-for-address sections, you will
barely manage to get a passing score, if you pass at all.
This is just one of the tips and
tricks available in The Book of U.S. Postal Exams. You will also
have access to everything I know about how to score high on these postal tests.
And believe me, having been a postal employee, I know how valuable this information
is.
Here is just a taste of what you
will get with The Book of U.S. Postal Exams.
Sample test questions with answers

I know what it's like to work at

bosses boot heals to get ahead, or even keep your job.
That is why I created this book--for
people like you who want to work without having to worry about layoffs, kissing
up to a dozen different bosses, and paying the mortgage or buying diapers on
your measly salary.
